• Provide accurate documentation
On-Point Logistics does not assume responsibility for carrier operations, safety compliance, equipment maintenance, or regulatory violations.
4. Shipper Relationships
Shippers requesting freight coordination acknowledge:
• Rate quotes are subject to market conditions
• Final pricing may vary based on accessorials, detention, or changes in scope
• All freight must be legally transportable and properly declared
Formal brokerage agreements may be required prior to load execution.
5. Website & Form Submissions
By submitting a contact form, lane request, or carrier inquiry:
• You certify that all information provided is accurate
• Submission does not guarantee service acceptance
• We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion
6. Limitation of Liability
On-Point Logistics acts as a broker coordinating transportation. We are not liable for:
• Carrier delays
• Acts of nature
• Equipment failure
• Regulatory inspections
• Cargo claims beyond contractual broker obligations
Liability terms are governed by executed broker-carrier or broker-shipper agreements.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms, commissions, and rate structures are governed by written agreements, rate confirmations, or brokerage contracts.
